Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable.

Size and Color

Our size charts are posted on each item to make it easy to order the correct size. The description also details the fit so you know exactly what you are getting. Each option has its assigned picture shown upon selection to help you choose the correct item.

 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we cannot offer returns on items that do not fit as we cannot accept items that are out of the packaging and are worn.

 

Return Steps

To start a return, you can first start by contacting us at sales@gatheredtroops.com and providing any information which would make finding your profile faster. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how to proceed and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving any type of confirmation reply with instructions will not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Faulty, broken or wrong items are eligible for exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if your item was incorrect flawed or broken.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or FREE items. Free Items are also ineligible for replacement as they were free to begin with.

 

FREE Items

Free Items are capped at 20 per order, the 21st item will show $9,999,999.00 as the shipping charge to prevent you from ordering a 21st item. If you do pay that amount then we will assume that you do want to order those items and cannot refund you if you fail to cancel your order in the timeframe provided in our policy. 

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at sales@gatheredtroops.com so we can fully understand your issues and help you receive the correct items.

 

Refunds 
If approved we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

GatheredTroops is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are sent out.

 

Cancelation

Since items are custom pieces that are produced on demand orders have an "end of the day" grace period where they can be canceled. You can cancel your order before the day ends at 11:59 p.m. Once orders are confirmed at the end of the day and are sent into production they can no longer be modified since they are already in production.

 

GatheredTroops may modify these Terms and Conditions without notice to the user at any time. Modifications made will be effective immediately upon update of policy. Your continued use of our website and or services ensures your acceptance of these modified Terms.
